When is the latest I can cancel my order?

The latest you can cancel your order is 5:30 pm PST the day before it is scheduled to ship. This allows us time to process your cancellation and adjust our preparations accordingly.

How do I cancel my order?

You can manage your subscriptions directly in your account portal. To cancel a one-time order, simply send us an email or leave a voicemail with your request. Make sure to include your order details so we can assist you quickly.

What happens if I miss the cancellation window?

If you miss the cancellation window, your order will be processed as planned, and you will receive the meals as scheduled. However, you can reach out to us after receiving the order if you have any concerns.

Can I skip an order instead of canceling?

Yes! If you prefer to skip a delivery instead of canceling your subscription, please let us know before the charge date, and we’ll take care of it for you.
