What can one expect when adhering to the Paleo/AIP lifestyle?Updated 6 months ago

Expect to eat high-quality meats, sustainable seafood, healthy fats (avoiding all industrial vegetable oils and hydrogenated oils including canola oil, and stick with stable animal fats and coconut oil), a lot of vegetables, and some fruits (organic when possible). Try to avoid processed foods and just stick to eating real food.
